What is a Performance & Pain Management Program?
A four-week performance and pain management program focuses on improving function and reducing pain through a combination of individualized applied neurology drills, exercises, and education. The goal is to improve function and minimize pain while providing education and tools for self-care.

Starting as a four week program, you will be committed to 45-60 minutes per week (four sessions) for the 1:1 sessions. Homework for just a few minutes daily is also required in order for changes (neuroplasticity) to take place.
