What is a Performance & Pain Management Program?

A four-week performance and pain management program focuses on improving physical function and reducing pain through a combination of medical exercise methodology, individualized applied neurology drills and exercises, and education. The goal is to improve function while providing education and tools for self-care.

  • Starting as a four week program, you will be committed to 1 hour per week, four total hours for the 1:1 sessions. Homework for just a few minutes daily is also required in order for changes (neuroplasticity) to take place.

  • If you are over 50 and experiencing lingering back, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle or other issues that aren’t urgent but still impact your daily life or activity, this gentle, neurologically-informed program might be a good fit. It's designed for those who want to improve stability, reduce discomfort, and re-engage safely with movement, especially if you’re recovering post-rehab or managing mild, ongoing issues.

    During the program, you receive personalized guidance and assessments to ensure exercises are tailored to your needs. If you are looking for a supportive, evidence-based approach to enhance your mobility and confidence in your body, this could be an excellent step forward.

  • We are currently offering a 25% discount for the first four weeks so you can try the program. Starting week five, the cost is $125 per session.

    Initial four weeks = $500 - 25% = $375

Some clients start noticing improvements in pain, movement, or confidence in just one session, while for others, it may take several weeks of consistent practice.
