Training Mission
My mission is to have a positive impact on people’s lives through health and wellness.
I am dedicated to helping individuals recover from injuries/ailments and improve their physical well-being through specialized programs (fitness, medical exercise, applied neurology), allowing them to return to activities they love, with confidence and strength.
Hi, I'm Sheryl!
As a Medical Exercise Specialist and Applied Neurology Coach, I help clients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve performance by addressing both the body and the brain. My programs combine post-rehab exercise, functional training, and lifestyle strategies to support long-term health and vitality.
Meet Your Trainer
Sheryl is a Medical Exercise Specialist, TPI Level 2 Certified Coach, and Applied Neurology Coach who bridges the gap between clinical discharge and functional mastery. As the founder of Living4Health, she specializes in post-rehabilitative exercise for the 50+ population and golfers seeking to improve performance and reduce pain.
Her approach integrates protocol-based medical exercise with applied neurology, incorporating visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive drills to reduce pain guarding and improve motor control. Sheryl’s work focuses on closing the gap between healthcare and fitness, ensuring patients who have reached clinical discharge can safely transition to daily performance and sport-specific activities.
Drawing on a 30-year corporate career, Sheryl understands the unique challenges faced by adults returning to or maintaining active lifestyles. An avid golfer (wannabe) herself, she brings both personal insight and professional expertise to her work with golf clients.
She is a Type 1 NPI-registered Rehabilitation Practitioner and a CPR/BLS certified instructor. Sheryl partners with healthcare providers to promote continuity of care and optimize long-term patient outcomes.
