What is Low Back School

Low Back School is a 30-day program consisting of six sessions with supervised educational conditioning for (medically cleared) clients with chronic low back pain.

This program teaches practical information about neutral spine, posture, and anatomy, along with emphasis on safe and effective exercises. The goal is to improve function by providing education and tools for self-care.
